Booker Wholesale focuses on categories and assortments relevant to small businesses which includes products in categories across staples, processed foods, confectionery, personal care, home care, soft drinks, dairy etc. The concept serves kirana stores, traders, wholesalers, small businesses, hotels, restaurants, and caterers.
Fiora Hypermarket Limited
Fiora Hypermarket Limited was incorporated on 18th March 2014 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Booker India Limited.The Company operates a multi-format retail business under the "Star” banner, which primarily deal in food, grocery, fresh produce, beauty, home needs and more. The Company also offers a wide range of apparels, footwear and more under the brand "Zudio".
Fiora Online Limited
Fiora Online Limited was incorporated on 28th December 2017 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Booker India Limited.The Company has its online presence in E-commerce space through www.starquik.com and has its business with brand name “StarQuik” which focuses on serving food and grocery requirements of its customers in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. The online grocery portal has witnessed encouraging customer traction in the micro-markets addressed.

The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Trent Limited.The Company is engaged in providing business support and outsourcing services relating to accounting, merchandising, human resources, payroll, sourcing, warehousing, distribution etc. to Trent & associated businesses.

Nahar Retail Trading Services Limited was incorporated on 4th August 1971. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Trent Limited.The Company is engaged in the business of franchisee for Trent Limited. It operates through ‘Westside’ retail format. This format offers apparel, footwear and accessories for men, women, and children, along with furnishings, décor, and a range of home accessories.

The Company is a step-down subsidiary of Trent Limited and a wholly owned subsidiary of Trent Global Holdings Limited.The Company would be engaged in the business of trading of textile, readymade garments, footwear, handbags and leather products, gifts, novelties, perfumes and cosmetics, accessories, sunglasses, furnishing, décor, home accessories, toys and games, etc.

The Company is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Trent Limited & Tesco Plc UK.The Company operates Hypermarket/ supermarket concept stores under the Star banner which offers a curated assortment of products including FMCG, staples and a comprehensive fresh offering (vegetables, fruits, dairy & non-vegetarian products). The offering is also supported by a compelling range of our exclusive retail brands at attractive prices. The format has increasingly evolved into a sustainable model with growing sales densities and repeat customers.
Trent MAS Fashion Private Limited
Trent MAS Fashion Private Limited was incorporated on 22nd May 2023. The Company is a 50:50 JV between Trent Limited and MAS Amity Pte. Ltd., Singapore.The Company is engaged in the business of design, development and manufacture of apparel and apparel related products including but not limited to intimate wear in India.
Associates
Zara and Massimo Dutti
The Company has two separate associations with the Inditex group of Spain with a shareholding of 51 percent (Inditex) and 49 percent (Trent) in each entity. One entity operates Zara stores and the other operates Massimo Dutti stores in India. These entities essentially facilitate distribution of Zara & Massimo Dutti products in India through their respective stores.
